Responsibilities

  • Oversee the lifecycle of global applications in Logistics, Customer Service, and Procurement areas
  • Ensure system availability, reliability and business adoption
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and system evolutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead IT projects related to application’s global rollout, upgrades, integrations, and migrations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of application architecture, configurations, and procedures
  • Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met

Requirements

  • 5+ years in similar roles within multinational or consulting environments
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
  • Certifications such as ITIL v4, Agile are considered advantageous
  • Fluent English – Required for global collaboration
  • Italian – Preferred for local engagement
  • Third European language – A plus for broader communication
