About the role

  • Partner Marketing Manager to facilitate co-marketing programs with integration and strategic partners at CallRail. Driving marketing strategy and building partner relationships to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale the marketing presence with our existing technology and strategic partners as well as identify and launch new partnerships.
  • Establish and grow strategic partner relationships with sales and marketing counterparts.
  • Drive and oversee the overall partner marketing strategy and program for technology and strategic partners.
  • Develop an understanding of partners' needs and how to best position CallRail in key verticals, in partnership with our product marketing and demand generation teams.
  • In collaboration with our Partnership and Marketing teams, identify key partners to participate in co-marketing campaigns in order to help grow CallRail’s market presence.
  • In collaboration with our Sales teams, manage a pipeline of partner-driven and influenced referrals.
  • Work with established partners to craft new approaches to building pipeline, enhance our joint value propositions and drive new sales opportunities.
  • Measure the effectiveness of co-marketing campaigns, and relay KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Automate and optimize processes across our partner ecosystem. This includes resource distribution, partner communications, and campaign tracking.
  • Work with the marketing team to integrate partners and their expertise into our go-to-market campaigns
  • Become a subject matter expert on CallRail use cases for partners, and joint value props by industry.
  • Oversee partner education and marketing content such as emails, webinars, presentations, and customer success stories to keep our partners up to date on product updates.
  • Maintain a repository of partner sales collateral and enablement resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience; partner or channel marketing experience highly-preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Excellent understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and co-marketing strategies
  • Previous experience in a partner or client-facing role
  • Data-driven, results-oriented marketer. Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive business results across a shared vision.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS products is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience managing a budget and a record of achieving ROI milestones
  • Experience working in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms, a plus
  • Partner Enablement experience a plus
