About the role

  • AVP, Marketing Preference & Consent Management at Synchrony overseeing consent-related platform activities and marketing compliance on a multinational scale.

Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Consent & Preference leadership in effectively developing, communicating and validating business requirements
  • Participate in testing, QA and validation efforts
  • Support analytic and strategic reporting requests
  • Conduct analysis of performance trends
  • Provide insightful business performance reporting and make recommendations
  • Become a Consent & Preference platform SME
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
  • Manage day-to-day build and run activities for consent-related activities

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or information technology with 6+ years of marketing technology experience or in lieu of degree 8+ years of experience required
  • 6+ years of professional work experience
  • 3+ years in a BA, BSA or similar role
  • 3+ years’ experience in Agile methodologies and processes
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing technology and/or platforms
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL and Python
  • Ability to manage consent, privacy and marketing preferences highly desired
  • Experience working within an Agile framework
