Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic Senior HR Generalist and leader of the Talent Acquisition function
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and help resolve workplace concerns
- Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions
- Conduct exit interviews, identify key themes, and provide recommendations to leadership
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and support reporting needs
- Prepare HR reports and share insights on workforce trends
- Support the planning and delivery of training programs that reinforce skills and MCA culture/values
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and drive TA strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated generalist expertise
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a recruiting function or team
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented HR support
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
