Responsibilities
- Onboarding is a crucial point in the client journey at C.A. Fortune
- Work with client success, order entry and other cross-functions to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
- Support the Finance Onboarding Supervisor during the onboarding process
- Reconcile commissions received by clients in the onboarding cycle
- Assist with projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
- Take on commission reconciliations on new accounts as assigned
- Assist in creating and maintaining client-facing financial documents
- Email clients regarding outstanding materials for onboarding
- Gather and track paperwork and tasks associated with client onboarding
- Research roadblocks instructed by supervisor during onboarding process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Commission analysis and commission reconciliation experience
- Experience with Business-to-Business written communication
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to multitask
