Responsibilities
Onboarding is a crucial point in the client journey at C.A. Fortune
Work with client success, order entry and other cross-functions to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
Support the Finance Onboarding Supervisor during the onboarding process
Reconcile commissions received by clients in the onboarding cycle
Assist with projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
Take on commission reconciliations on new accounts as assigned
Assist in creating and maintaining client-facing financial documents
Email clients regarding outstanding materials for onboarding
Gather and track paperwork and tasks associated with client onboarding
Research roadblocks instructed by supervisor during onboarding process
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Commission analysis and commission reconciliation experience
Experience with Business-to-Business written communication
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong ability to multitask
