About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo supporting HR processes and compliance in São Paulo. Generalist role managing departmental routines and employee interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Generalist responsibilities in Personnel/Human Resources routines, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Responsible for assisting employees and interns with onboarding, contractual changes, and terminations.
  • Receipt, verification, organization, and control of hiring/onboarding documents.
  • Responding to inquiries via ticketing system.
  • Liaison with the occupational health provider, ensuring monitoring and scheduling of periodic medical exams.
  • Registration of employees and interns in the HR system.
  • Preparation and issuance of departmental reports.
  • Issuing contracts in the system and ensuring collection of signatures.
  • Sending payroll information to outsourced accounting.
  • Analytical review of payroll.
  • Recording, verifying, and approving salary payments.
  • Termination procedures, including verification of termination payments and settlements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in related activities.
  • Preferably enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related fields.
