About the role

  • Account Manager developing new and existing client accounts for Menemsha Development Group. Engaging in sales presentations, managing CRM activities, and ensuring superior client service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business across primary service offerings
  • Conduct client sales presentations (face-to-face, via phone or web meetings, attend industry tradeshows)
  • Work together with business development and project management to prepare high-quality responses to RFPs
  • Present proposals while selling features and services to close deals
  • Effectively utilize CRM system daily to manage sales pipeline, client contacts, sales activities, and lead activity
  • Complete weekly sales reports and provide information for backlog and sales projections
  • Conduct job walks and attend client site meetings as required
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure client retention by driving superior client service
  • Successfully onboard new client accounts while effectively communicating client needs and contractual obligations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales
  • Required knowledge in general contracting, architecture, engineering, or the commercial real estate industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills
  • Must have an established book of business within the industry
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must be computer proficient, including experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • CRM proficiency is preferred
