About the role

  • Senior Partnerships Manager leading partner strategy and revenue generation for bookingkit's success platform. Building alliances across Europe to enhance market reach and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Translate market feedback into scalable partnership strategies. Prioritize high-leverage deals that drive revenue via a "snowball effect."
  • Partnership Execution: Define Europe-wide outreach, focusing on OTAs, resellers, and tech integrators that accelerate product-market fit.
  • End-to-End Acquisition: Act as a "hunter," managing the full cycle from lead gen to signed contracts. Secure "gatekeeper" partners to unlock new geographic segments.
  • Pipeline & Negotiation: Manage a rigorous HubSpot funnel. Design win-win commercial models (revenue share, referral) and navigate complex contractual processes.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Create scalable playbooks and dashboards to ensure partner success and long-term retention.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Align with Product, Marketing, and Sales to prioritize integrations and launch joint initiatives.
  • Market Presence: Represent bookingkit at industry events and feed local intelligence back into our commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in SaaS, travel, or marketplace partnerships (ideally with an existing "things-to-do" sector network).
  • Proven Track Record: Experience closing mid-to-large deals and launching partner programs across Europe.
  • Relationship Focus: A "long game" mindset. You excel at building deep industry networks and navigating 1–2 year negotiation cycles.
  • Technical & Commercial Fluency: Strong understanding of API-based integrations and the ability to structure complex financial frameworks.
  • Growth Mindset: An autonomous self-starter who can open doors in new markets from scratch.
  • Language & Travel: Fluent English (other European languages are a plus) and a willingness to travel regularly.

Benefits

  • Remote Work: Enjoy a 100% remote work setup, with the option to join colleagues in our Berlin office.
  • 28 Vacation Days + Tenure: Start with 28 vacation days per year, and earn an extra vacation day each year on your anniversary date (up to a maximum of 31 days).
  • Public Transportation Subsidy: We cover more than 50% of your public transportation costs in Germany.
  • Gym Subsidy: Get subsidized memberships for Urban Sports Club (more than 40%) and Wellhub (100%!) in Germany.
  • Annual Private Travel Subsidy: Receive up to €156 annually for private travel.
  • Corporate Discounts: Enjoy discounts through partnerships with companies like GetYourGuide.
  • Flat Communication: Join a culture that values open communication and accessibility between teams and leads.
  • Team Events: Enjoy regular BBQs in Berlin, summer and winter events, and reunions with former employees.
  • Airport/Train Office Day: Work during travel even if you’re unable to take calls.
  • Extra Charity Day: Take an extra day of leave in the year for charity work.
  • Child Sick Days: Receive 10 days of paid leave for child sickness.
