Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients within Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking markets.
Execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Present and sell digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings (online & offline).
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Requirements
A strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals (CPM, CPC, CPA, traffic types, media buying, etc.) is mandatory.
Experience as sales/marketing manager, or similar role within the iGaming or betting sector, is a plus.
A strong enthusiasm for learning, coupled with a dedication to ongoing improvement and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and attend events.
Native-level proficiency in Russian and a very good command of English (spoken and written).
Based in Vienna, Austria - ideally with an Austrian work permit.
