MES Owner leads the development of BURGA’s Manufacturing Execution System in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating with production and IT teams to enhance operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary owner of the Manufacturing Executions System, ensuring reliability and functionality.
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from production and operations.
Define and communicate the MES development roadmap in collaboration with the CIO and Dev Team Lead.
Oversee system testing, deployment, and change management.
Coordinate between Manufacturing, Development, and Data teams.
Analyze system usage data and propose process or feature improvements.
Ensure integration and data consistency with other company systems (ERP, planning, forecasting).
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience working with manufacturing, operations, or production systems.
Strong understanding of production workflows and MES/ERP systems.
Experience defining requirements and collaborating with developers.
Knowledge of system architecture, databases, and integrations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and process-oriented thinking.
