About the role

  • Head of Creatives leading multidisciplinary team at BURGA. Responsible for transforming brand strategy into powerful creative ideas and maintaining brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a merged creative team of up to 10 creatives across Brand and Social Media.
  • Set the creative standard for BURGA across brand campaigns, social media, product launches, and everyday content.
  • Translate brand strategy into strong creative ideas, concepts, and executions.
  • Review and elevate creative work, providing clear and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure visual language, storytelling, and tone of voice remain consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Brand and Brand Strategist to align creative output with long-term brand direction.
  • Partner with different teams to bring ideas to life effectively across channels.
  • Lead creative ideation sessions and help develop distinctive campaign concepts.
  • Build clear creative processes for briefing, feedback, and delivery.
  • Support and develop creative talent through mentorship, 1-on-1s, and performance feedback.
  • Balance creative ambition with production realities, timelines, and business goals.
  • Continuously push BURGA’s creative output to stay culturally relevant, distinctive, and memorable.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role within a creative environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative roles such as art direction, copywriting, or creative strategy.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality creative execution.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, campaigns, and digital content ecosystems.
  • Experience working closely with strategy, production, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent creative direction skills and the ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content culture.
  • Passion for branding, culture, fashion, and visual storytelling. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
