Responsibilities
Ensure coordination between our technicians and clients, guaranteeing effective scheduling and high-quality client relations.
Manage the full customer relationship process in the back office.
Main responsibilities include: Scheduling technicians for assignments according to their qualifications, specialties and expected intervention times.
Initiate and follow up internal subcontractor interventions in coordination with relevant departments.
Manage the opening and ongoing monitoring of customer contracts.
Handle customer disputes professionally and promptly.
Manage client relations by phone, negotiating and explaining intervention timeframes.
Requirements
You are pursuing a Bac+2/3 level qualification such as a BUT GEA (Business Administration and Management), BTS in SME Management, or an equivalent diploma.
Proficiency with computer tools and office software is essential.
