About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete customer relationship in a back-office setting
  • Independently handle the opening and monitoring of client contracts
  • Address customer disputes professionally and promptly
  • Prepare and organize administrative files to ensure compliance
  • Ensure effective communication between internal departments and clients
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma to two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac to Bac+2) in SME management, logistics, commerce or equivalent
