Responsibilities
Your mission is to coordinate between our technicians and our clients, ensuring effective scheduling and high-quality client relations.
You will also manage the full client relationship in the back office.
Schedule technicians for assignments based on their qualifications, specialties, and the expected duration of interventions.
Initiate and monitor interventions by internal subcontractors in coordination with the relevant departments.
Manage the opening and follow-up of client contracts.
Handle customer disputes with professionalism and responsiveness.
Manage client communication by phone, negotiating and explaining intervention timelines.
Requirements
You are completing a Bac+2/3-level qualification (e.g., BUT GEA, BTS in SME Management) or an equivalent diploma.
Proficiency with computer tools/office software is essential.
