About the role

  • Customer Service Administrator handling customer data management and invoicing. Role based in Szczecin office, requiring knowledge of German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing reimbursement related documents and prescriptions
  • Issuing invoices for payors and customers
  • Managing data in a CRM system
  • Identifying process improvements and efficiencies
  • Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of German (min. B1)
  • Knowledge of English (min. B1)
  • Min. 1 year of previous work experience in administration
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
