About the role

  • Operations role in Air Customer Care at DMS Logistics specializing in international freight forwarding and coordinating air import shipments. Ensuring process compliance and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate air import shipments;
  • Report all shipment information to clients via email and system to keep them informed of process status;
  • Ensure completion of the process by verifying information in Federal Revenue (customs) systems;
  • Release the process to Finance in the system to proceed with billing;
  • Review agent invoices at origin based on negotiated terms for subsequent foreign-exchange closing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Intermediate to advanced English – will be tested;
  • Experience with international freight forwarding/agency;
  • Experience coordinating air import shipments.
