Responsibilities

  • Your role is essential to ensure the quality of customer service and proper administrative management of files.
  • Manage project billing in compliance with established deadlines and procedures.
  • Open new projects and ensure their comprehensive administrative follow-up.
  • Maintain high-quality client relationships by responding to their requests and concerns.
  • Administer project files while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate the various administrative stages of assignments.

Requirements

  • Holder of a Baccalauréat or equivalent
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in management or billing.
  • You are comfortable with administrative management
  • You are proficient with billing tools
  • You know how to maintain a high-quality client relationship
  • You organize your work effectively
