About the role

  • Director of Talent Acquisition leading talent acquisition strategies for Bureau Veritas. Developing recruitment policies and overseeing execution to attract competent talent across the Americas region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  • Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics
  • Oversee recruitment team execution including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on talent acquisition initiatives
  • Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition and recruitment expertise
  • 5+ years of direct experience in talent acquisition leadership
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices
  • Strong knowledge of talent market dynamics across Americas regions
  • Proficiency in English across reading, writing and speaking
  • Professional, conversational proficiency in Spanish for business communications
  • Experience with executive recruitment and building talent pipelines
