About the role

- 10+ years of talent acquisition and recruitment expertise
- 5+ years of direct experience in talent acquisition leadership
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices
- Strong knowledge of talent market dynamics across Americas regions
- Proficiency in English across reading, writing and speaking
- Professional, conversational proficiency in Spanish for business communications
- Experience with executive recruitment and building talent pipelines
