Responsibilities
You act independently as an HR Business Partner for various departments and serve as their primary contact for all operational and employment law-related HR matters
You accompany and shape the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development through to offboarding — and, together with managers, ensure a consistent and positive employee experience
You support strategic priority areas through data analysis and the regular preparation, evaluation, and development of our reporting structure
In addition, you design, implement, and further develop HR concepts, particularly in the areas of performance management and target setting
You ensure that these concepts are closely aligned with the company’s strategy and the needs of the organization
You actively support your departments in change management and contribute your expertise to strengthen teams
You also work on cross-location HR projects and drive collaboration and knowledge transfer between our sites
Requirements
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner
Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
Strong communication and advisory skills and a pronounced sensitivity for people
Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for strategic projects
Passion for modern HR topics such as HR analytics and performance management
