About the role

  • Portfolio & Business Development Manager for Xecuro in the Public Sector, based in Berlin. Driving portfolio development and supporting sales strategies with a focus on secure digitization solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and supporting measures for portfolio development and sales growth within Xecuro’s business area portfolio in cooperation with Sales
  • Analyzing growth potential for product and service development in the business area, planning implementation and contributing to alignment of market-entry strategies
  • Supporting the Bundesdruckerei Group’s sales organization in customer consulting and requirements capture regarding existing and new solutions in the business area, and deriving recommendations for the deployment of suitable technologies
  • Acting as the subject-matter contact for the group’s sales and marketing organizations and supporting the proposal process by contributing to the content and design of offers
  • Implementing solution concepts involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in stakeholder and customer meetings, including preparation, attendance and follow-up
  • Designing and maintaining strategic and operational repositories

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, a related field or a vocational qualification; alternatively, relevant professional experience in the described area
  • Relevant professional experience in portfolio or business development and solid knowledge of the public sector
  • Professional knowledge in requirements and project management as well as experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience with procurement/tendering processes is an advantage
  • Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as the ability to communicate appropriately with stakeholders at different levels
  • Structured, goal-oriented working style, commitment and team spirit
