About the role

  • (Senior) CRM & Retention Manager:in at buah focusing on innovative retention strategies in the snack market. Overseeing retention metrics, CRM campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership for Retention & Existing Customer Revenue: You are responsible for developing our retention rate, repeat revenue, and cohort performance.
  • Cohort & Lifecycle Analysis: You systematically analyze first-order cohorts (first-purchase cohorts), identify structural levers in the lifecycle, and derive a clear retention roadmap.
  • Strategic advancement of retention: You develop initiatives to increase repurchase rate, shorten time-to-second-order, and sustainably optimize CLV.
  • Operational CRM management (Klaviyo): You are responsible for the setup and performance of our newsletter and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Hypothesis-driven testing: You establish a structured testing roadmap for incentives, frequency, segmentation logic, and campaign mechanics.
  • Close alignment with Acquisition: You work closely with Performance Marketing.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in CRM/Retention in a D2C or e-commerce environment
  • Deep understanding of cohort analyses, retention curves, and CLV logic
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset (contribution, payback, scalability)
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Structured, independent working style with a clear KPI focus
  • Cross-channel understanding of Acquisition & Retention
