  • Responds to functional and technical support inquiries
  • Documents solutions and handles customer requests
  • Explains software features clearly and understandably
  • Works closely with development and product teams

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in payroll processing
  • Proficient with software solutions and a solid technical understanding
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent German language skills
