About the role

  • Technical Support Engineer providing high-level support for Broadridge Trading products. Collaborating with global teams, handling inquiries, and offering R&D feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support for multiple Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Services products
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Offer technical feedback to R&D for product improvement
  • Maintain and update technical documentation
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs efficiently
  • Prioritize and escalate critical issues while ensuring quality service

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years in a similar technical support role
  • Proficiency in JAVA is a must
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments are advantageous
  • Familiarity with financial trading support and a general understanding of the financial industry
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with experience in managing multiple issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
