Responsibilities
We are looking for a professional to develop and expand their skills in user support, applications, and internal systems at WTW Brazil in the Health and Benefits area, as well as assist with administrative and IT governance functions;
Direct interaction with users: maintain and continuously improve service, propose improvements for the area, meet SLAs for various support requests, and collaborate with the team to provide better and innovative solutions;
Provide user support, manage SharePoint sites and internal systems, and handle tickets via the ticketing system and chat;
As a member of the technology team in Brazil, you will support our users and managerial requests related to our platforms;
Daily user support is a priority with a strong focus on quality, and you will also produce manuals, presentations, and videos to help improve user support and service;

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (completed);
Advanced knowledge of Windows 10;
Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Experience with SharePoint;
Experience providing user support and helpdesk services;
Desired:
Reading, writing and/or conversational skills in English and/or Spanish;
