About the role

  • Support Engineer managing Microsoft Client Infrastructure for leading IT service provider with flexible work arrangements. Responsible for Windows environment stability and process/tool enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client management in day-to-day operations
  • Administration and maintenance of the Windows 11 environment
  • Patch management and ensuring smooth update operations
  • Application management including deployment, updates and troubleshooting
  • Participation in processes, approvals and test scenarios
  • Introduction and optimization of workplace/modern workplace solutions
  • Involvement in the implementation of new tools and standards
  • Collaboration with internal departments (no external customer contact)

Requirements

  • Solid experience in client management
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 11
  • Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (O365)
  • Good knowledge of patch and application management
  • Structured way of working and understanding of IT processes
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent German, at least C1
