About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner enhancing Bristol Waste Company’s recruitment processes and employer branding. Managing end-to-end recruitment and collaborating with stakeholders for organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an efficient recruitment process that supports operational delivery.
  • Strengthen Bristol Waste Company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy approval to offer.
  • Conduct recruitment campaign meetings with hiring managers.
  • Select appropriate advertising channels and methods relevant to vacancies.
  • Train and develop hiring managers on key aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team for employer branding.
  • Manage relationships with preferred agency suppliers and champion inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative approach to talent attraction and employer branding.
  • Data-driven mindset for reporting and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of assessment methods and fair selection processes.
  • Awareness of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
  • Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or similar environment.
