Account Manager managing key relationships in global motorsport sponsorships for Bright Partnerships. Responsible for client servicing, strategy execution, and delivering campaign evaluation.
Responsibilities
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the account team for one of Bright Partnerships’ biggest global sponsorship accounts. You would have the opportunity to work closely on several high value motorsports partnerships across a variety of racing series’.
You will work with the client and wider account teams to plan, deliver and evaluate sponsorship activation across different marketing channels and markets, utilising and optimising all available rights.
You will manage and own key relationships with suppliers, partners, market contacts and clients, building and developing these relationships and providing added value.
You will immerse yourself in the brand and culture, becoming an expert in your field and a respected point of information for the team and senior clients.
The position is based in London, UK on a hybrid basis, with potential for some international travel.
****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**CLIENT SERVICING & PARTNER MANAGEMENT**
Partnership asset management of multiple motorsport sponsorships, managing the communications between global and local stakeholders, and the rights holders
Contribute to strategic campaign planning and ideation, execution and delivery
Be a key voice on the client account, leading by example and providing support to junior team members where required
Be able to work autonomously on projects whilst managing up and down to other team members, delegating projects and giving clear direction when necessary.
Identify opportunities for markets and clients to improve and evolve their marketing plans
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present clients and a broader stakeholders with clear and concise plans
Oversee our client budgets with Project Leads and Finance Manager and ensure monthly and quarterly forecasts are submitted on time
Regular stakeholder meetings and status reports: organise, lead and document all status meetings and calls (supported by wider team when applicable)
Ensure all communications and approvals deadlines are met, brand guidelines are adhered to and that the client’s objectives are top of mind during all activations.
Add value to wider team and agency by encouraging innovation and new thinking.
**EVALUATION & REPORTING**
Provide post-program reports and budget reconciliations
Review successful delivery, best practices, key learnings and client learnings / insights
Identify and share best practice & client insights with team & wider agency
Reporting and presenting to agency on the clients’ business
Requirements
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES******
2+ years of experience in sports partnerships or marketing
Demonstrate an ability to multi-task and work on several projects at one time
Experience of ticketing, hospitality or guest programmes would be beneficial
Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
A strong understanding of the role sponsorship activation plays in furthering the business objectives of brands
Excellent inter-personal communication skills, both verbal and written
A track record of building brilliant working relationships
Ability to quickly learn and immerse themselves in the client account, understanding complex business structures and processes.
Ideally, this candidate would have first-hand experience of working in motorsport and/or have a fan knowledge
Ability to effectively communicate with multiple international markets and stakeholders
Ability to travel internationally, including occasional weekend work
Excellent expertise in all Microsoft Office products
