Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years experience in compensation analysis
Demonstrated ability to handle complex analytical work
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
