Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
  • Conduct compensation analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and problem-solving
  • Assist with the annual year-end process
  • Administer reward and recognition programs
  • Provide strategic advice to HR and management on compensation decisions
  • Oversee collection and reporting of compensation data
  • Conduct market research for compensation strategy

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years experience in compensation analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex analytical work
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Skills in Compensation Modeling, Compensation Programs, Customer Service, Project Management Essentials, Incentive Plans, Labor and Employment Law
