Responsibilities
Partner with the Store Manager and other managers
Implement HR development initiatives: recruitment, onboarding, skills development, career management
Design, implement and monitor the store's training plan
Support managers in the management of their human resources
Ensure compliance with legal and social regulations, fostering a climate of listening and collaboration
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Autonomy, thoroughness and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in personnel administration, payroll and management of employee representative bodies (works councils)
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources with significant experience
