About the role

  • Fleet Card Sales Manager responsible for building a high-performing sales team in the US Mobility sector. Overseeing sales strategies and customer engagement for the Earnify Fleet Card.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team for the Earnify Fleet Card
  • Develop training programs to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Implement sales and account strategies to acquire new customers
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives and support field activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, sales, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in leadership or sales management
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Background in fleet management, financial services, payments, or oil & gas preferred
  • Proven ability to inspire and develop teams
