About the role

  • Business Development Specialist leading business development activities for Castrol's unique offers in Japan. Managing relationships with stakeholders and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead/drive business development activities
  • Actively promote Castrol’s unique offers to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in target customers
  • Work and coordinate closely with internal cross-functional organizations
  • Manage sales pipelines and maximize lead identification & conversion to actual business
  • Share successful business cases in timely manner among other markets
  • Some travel may be required with this role

Requirements

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead/drive business development activities in selected sectors thru Castrol’s differentiated offers
  • Actively promote Castrol’s unique offers to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in target customers
  • Work and coordinate closely with Castrol internal cross-functional organizations
  • Manage sales pipelines and maximizing lead identification & conversion to actual business
  • Share successful business cases in timely manner among other markets outside of Japan
  • Some travel may be required with this role, this is negotiable
