Responsibilities
Develop new business, strengthen the active portfolio, and represent BOLD in the state
Manage active accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth
Serve clients directly and via distributors
Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial conditions aligned with strategy
Work consultatively, understanding needs and proposing solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields
Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Consultant
Proven experience in prospecting, account management, and consultative negotiation
Experience in the indirect channel / distributors
Proficiency with analytics tools and performance indicators
Valid driving license (CNH B)
Residence in Joinville, Itajaí, or Florianópolis
Strong communication, organization, and results-driven mindset
