About the role

  • Sales Executive developing partnerships and managing client relationships in Santa Catarina for BOLD Snacks. Focus on business development and consultative sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business, strengthen the active portfolio, and represent BOLD in the state
  • Manage active accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth
  • Serve clients directly and via distributors
  • Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial conditions aligned with strategy
  • Work consultatively, understanding needs and proposing solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields
  • Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Consultant
  • Proven experience in prospecting, account management, and consultative negotiation
  • Experience in the indirect channel / distributors
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and performance indicators
  • Valid driving license (CNH B)
  • Residence in Joinville, Itajaí, or Florianópolis
  • Strong communication, organization, and results-driven mindset
