About the role

  • Senior Executive Assistant providing pivotal administrative and operational support for Boldr's executive leadership. Managing scheduling, travel, and communications for effective executive operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality administrative and operational support to Boldr’s executive leadership.
  • Manage scheduling, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare high-quality internal decks, documents, and reports.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Chief of Staff in driving local initiatives in Boldr Mérida office.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of leadership events and offsites.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance executive operations through process improvements.

  • Available during regular business hours, with occasional inbox checking on weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively convey messages, coordinate with team members across different countries, and maintain clear and professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive/virtual assistant, business coordinator, or equivalent support role in a high-growth company
  • Experience working with remote managers and teams
  • The ability to handle complex calendars and overlapping schedules
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using cloud-based applications such as Google Apps (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • The ability to take strong, clear feedback, and the ability to give it to the appropriate stakeholder/s
  • Experience supporting and coordinating large groups of people and global/regional projects
  • Ability to understand and respect cultural differences within the company’s global operations, and adapt communication styles accordingly.
  • Ability and capacity to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively, maintaining productivity and focus.
  • Capacity to anticipate challenges and proactively address them before they escalate
  • Experience handling confidential information and executive communications on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to enhance executive operations through improved systems, tools, or communication workflows.
