Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality administrative and operational support to Boldr’s executive leadership.
Manage scheduling, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones.
Prepare high-quality internal decks, documents, and reports.
Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and key internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the Chief of Staff in driving local initiatives in Boldr Mérida office.
Contribute to the successful execution of leadership events and offsites.
Identify opportunities to enhance executive operations through process improvements.

5+ years of experience as an executive/virtual assistant, business coordinator, or equivalent support role in a high-growth company
Experience working with remote managers and teams
The ability to handle complex calendars and overlapping schedules
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using cloud-based applications such as Google Apps (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)
The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
The ability to take strong, clear feedback, and the ability to give it to the appropriate stakeholder/s
Experience supporting and coordinating large groups of people and global/regional projects
