About the role
- Senior IT Business Partner at Boeing ensuring technical direction and compliance for Training Services Network. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact and trusted advisor to business leaders
- Define and maintain the TSN architecture and roadmap
- Own TSN security posture: lead risk assessments and vulnerability management
- Ensure global compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Partner with enterprise security, compliance, legal and IT teams to align TSN controls
- Drive incident response for TSN-related security incidents
- Manage IT relationships relevant to TSN
- Oversee campus onboarding/offboarding for network services
- Monitor and coordinate patching, firmware updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Incident Response
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership
- Experience in creating and managing technical Risk and Opportunity (RIO) evaluations of cost and schedule impacts
