About the role

  • Global Talent Partner helping build hiring strategy and culture for AI-powered communication startup. Working with founders to source exceptional talent globally and improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own Lucida AI’s global hiring strategy from the ground up
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
  • Source and attract top talent across product, engineering, AI, growth, and operations
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
  • Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring profiles and priorities
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
  • Develop Lucida AI’s employer brand and hiring culture
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in startups or technology companies
  • Experience hiring across roles such as engineering, product, growth, or design
  • Strong experience sourcing global talent through LinkedIn, communities, and networks
  • Ability to build recruiting processes and hiring frameworks from scratch
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the hiring function
  • A builder mindset — someone who enjoys creating systems from scratch
  • Strong instinct for identifying exceptional talent
  • Curiosity and proactive problem-solving
