Responsibilities
Build and own Lucida AI’s global hiring strategy from the ground up
Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
Source and attract top talent across product, engineering, AI, growth, and operations
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring profiles and priorities
Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
Develop Lucida AI’s employer brand and hiring culture
Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in startups or technology companies
Experience hiring across roles such as engineering, product, growth, or design
Strong experience sourcing global talent through LinkedIn, communities, and networks
Ability to build recruiting processes and hiring frameworks from scratch
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the hiring function
A builder mindset — someone who enjoys creating systems from scratch
