Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the ESTS management system, ensuring alignment and inclusion of team-level management systems
- Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes that enable ESTS to meet business objectives
- Collaborate, coordinate, and analyze data to validate results and ensure alignment between ESTS value streams and organizational goals
- Coordinate commitments and communications with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting materials to executive-level audiences

- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing initiatives involving cross-functional or cross-business-unit teams
- 5+ years of experience proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
