Responsibilities
Own and maintain the ESTS management system, ensuring alignment and inclusion of team-level management systems
Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes that enable ESTS to meet business objectives
Collaborate, coordinate, and analyze data to validate results and ensure alignment between ESTS value streams and organizational goals
Coordinate commitments and communications with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues impacting facilities operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners to foster collaboration and support business goals
Support emergent program requirements and ongoing business management activities
Use knowledge of business operations to identify gaps, solve problems, and coordinate cross-functional efforts
Requirements
5+ years of experience preparing and presenting materials to executive-level audiences
5+ years of experience with Management Information Systems (MIS)
5+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
5+ years of experience leading or managing initiatives involving cross-functional or cross-business-unit teams
5+ years of experience proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
