About the role

  • Maintenance Customer Technical Training Specialist developing technical training for military aircraft maintainers at Boeing. Designing learning solutions tailored to complex aircraft maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.
  • Develops technical training proposals.
  • Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
  • Uses specialized software to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials.
  • Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.
  • Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance on USAF, USN or USMC aircraft
  • Experience with United States Air Force and/or United States Navy or Marine Corps
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
