About the role

  • Sales Associate responsible for offline sales for Bobobox's accommodation and event spaces. Scouting potential customers and maintaining partner relationships in Central Java region.

Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Associate Rooms & Events in Bobobox, you'll be responsible for scouting potential customers to stay in Bobopods & Bobocabin.
  • Ability to collect the leads and offer deals to offline sales segmentation.
  • Ensuring every market segmentation under their portfolios is performing to their maximum potential, in accordance with Bobobox target.
  • Maintain and manage the offline sales performance.
  • Analyze, forecast, and report the performance of their portfolio according to the company's target.
  • Maintaining relationships with offline sales partners.
  • Coordinate all details for social events (Contract, GEOs, Invoice).
  • Communicate event details and requirements with the necessary departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma's degree in any major.
  • At least has 1 year of working experience in Sales, preferably in a hospitality or event company.
  • Have a solid database of corporate clients & travel agent.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Must have experience in canvassing, especially within the Central Java region.
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung or Jakarta with frequent travel (business travel will be covered by company expenses).
