Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

- Knowledge of how card processors operate, and integration with acquirers and issuers.
- Back-office processes and formalization.
- Financial indicators and an integrated view of processes.
- Clear and assertive communication.
- Analytical ability for interpreting and handling data.
- Strategic planning and end-to-end vision.
- Availability for a hybrid work model, with 2 days per week onsite at our São Paulo office.
