- Drive Operational Efficiency: Constantly analyze and improve processes to reduce costs and streamline workflows without compromising on quality.
- Manage External Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery.
- Optimize Inventory: Oversee local inventory of furniture, consumables, and linens—managing stock levels, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with supply chain teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with guest experience, design, and supply chain teams to ensure operational alignment and service excellence.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track performance metrics, drive improvements through insights, and ensure consistent achievement of productivity and quality targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Operations Associates—guiding onboarding, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, logistics, or project management within a high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a knack for solving operational challenges
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office; experience with inventory or supply chain tools is a plus
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management is a strong advantage
