About the role

  • Manager overseeing global T&E program to enhance compliance and scalability for a fintech leader. Collaborates with Finance and IT to optimize expense management systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end global T&E program across all regions, ensuring scalability and consistency as the company expands
  • Expand and standardize the corporate card program globally
  • Manage vendor relationships, including travel providers, expense platforms such as SAP Concur, the TMC, and ERP integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Manage and develop a team of three direct reports supporting global employees
  • Prepare monthly T&E spend dashboards for leadership
  • Ensure timely and accurate expense submissions and reimbursements
  • Establish clear SLAs and accountability across the team
  • Strengthen policy adherence, reduce non-compliant spend, and resolve policy violations through appropriate escalation and education
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, data-driven decision-making, and adoption of best practices in shared services
  • Optimize functionality within Concur, including automation, AI auditing, and workflow enhancements
  • Drive system improvements and integrations with D365 to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations
  • Demonstrated ownership of T&E, corporate card programs, and/or indirect spend governance in a global environment
  • Deep experience with SAP Concur (administration, configuration, auditing)
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and partnering with IT on system implementations
  • Strong knowledge of T&E policies, compliance, and audit practices
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools, dashboards)
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled audit tools and automation preferred
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on driving process improvements to increase effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance.
