Requirements
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. Bachelor’s preferred
- 2-4+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or tax-related client service experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while overseeing multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Reviewing work, or providing guidance to junior team members
- Strong client-service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and intellectual curiosity
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
