Customer Support Role serving clients from contract to handover in innovative construction company. Focused on project management and client satisfaction within the prefabricated house sector.
Responsibilities
First point of contact for customers (from contract signing to handover) by phone and email
Project responsibility for an assigned customer portfolio
Responsible for ensuring clarity of contracts and planning
Handling technical and commercial customer inquiries in coordination with specialist departments
Maintaining customer requirements and associated scope of services in the ERP system
Preparing, monitoring and explaining cost calculations
Coordinating between sales, architects, planners, specification/sample selection, and customers
Requirements
Vocational qualification as an industrial clerk, business administration qualification, Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent (m/f/d)
Experience with ERP systems desirable
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Logical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
Courteous customer manner combined with assertiveness
Affinity for numbers and cost calculations
Willingness to learn, especially in technical areas of the prefabricated housing industry
