Responsibilities
Develop and implement account plans and growth strategies; work closely with Account Sales Executives and specialized sales teams.
Responsible for the entire account lifecycle: from sales development through service delivery to project implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships at C-level and with all relevant stakeholders within the client organization.
Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction; accountable for the full P&L.
Requirements
Proven experience managing C-level stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills; results-oriented and pragmatic.
Experience delivering projects and programs in client environments.
Deep understanding of business and technology topics within the relevant industry.
