About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager responsible for IAM product positioning and communication at established software firm in Germany. Engaging with stakeholders and creating marketing content in hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic positioning & messaging: Develop a clear, audience-specific positioning and compelling messaging for our IAM products
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with product management, sales, partners and customers to gather requirements and translate them into market-relevant content
  • Marketing assets & content creation: Produce persuasive presentations, white papers, use cases, videos, demos, landing pages, etc.
  • Campaign planning & execution: Design and manage targeted, multi-stage marketing campaigns across relevant channels (including online, events, email)
  • Market & competitive analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to sharpen product messaging and USPs
  • Digital performance & analytics: Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to define, implement and optimize performance measures (e.g., paid search (SEA)/SEO, marketing automation, A/B tests)

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in product marketing for software solutions — ideally in IT security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or a related field
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and appropriately for different target audiences
  • Experience developing and executing content strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience working with international teams as well as agencies and service providers
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
