Responsibilities
Support the development of Go-to-Market plans for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
Perform market analyses, including TAM, SAM and SOM, to map opportunities.
Create commercial support materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, playbooks and FAQs.
Organize and monitor the commercial team's enablement/training plan.
Maintain continuous alignment with Product, Marketing and Sales teams.
Monitor initiative KPIs such as conversion, adoption and incremental revenue.
Consolidate results and prepare executive presentations.
Requirements
Previous experience in Go-to-Market, Commercial Strategy, Offer Management or Planning.
Analytical capability to build studies and reports.
Strong communication skills and ease interacting with internal teams.
Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with cross-sell strategies or portfolio expansion.
Knowledge of market analysis and business case development.
Experience in B2B or technology companies.
