About the role

  • Product Marketing Principal Specialist shaping hospitality technology solutions at Amadeus. Leading marketing strategies and content development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain clear, differentiated product positioning and value propositions that resonate with buyers and align with Amadeus’ overall strategy
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies and content across multiple solutions, buyer personas, market segments, property types, and regions
  • Lead content strategy and creation, producing high‑quality prospect‑ and customer‑facing materials such as ebooks, articles, blogs, collateral, and testimonials
  • Plan and execute product and solution launches, including new transversal solutions, releases, and expansion into new segments or regions
  • Contribute to campaign strategy, identifying innovative ways to reach target audiences and drive engagement and conversion across the sales lifecycle

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) or Bachelor’s degree with relevant post‑graduate qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or hospitality marketing
  • Experience in branding and/or product positioning, ideally within a technology‑driven environment
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with demonstrated experience producing published or customer‑facing content
  • Experience negotiating priorities, aligning resources, and providing constructive feedback
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teams, building strong working relationships
  • Understanding of the hospitality technology or travel distribution industry is an advantage
  • Ability to learn quickly, apply insights, and translate strategy into measurable marketing outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences, personas, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and Seismic is an asset
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are highly valued.
