Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of our store, from leading a team of assistant store leaders, team leads and advisors to partnering with all areas of the business, and vendors

Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety)

Requirements
5+ years of retail store manager experience
5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 15 employees and a $10+ million big box retail store
5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
A leader who leads by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities
