Responsibilities
Gestionar la relación integral con clientes, actuando como principal punto de contacto y partner estratégico durante todo el ciclo de la cuenta.
Comprender en profundidad los objetivos del negocio del cliente y traducirlos en necesidades técnicas claras para los equipos de desarrollo.
Facilitar la comunicación entre clientes y equipos técnicos internos, asegurando una correcta coordinación en la asignación de recursos, definiciones de prioridades y gestión de cambios.
Detectar de forma temprana riesgos vinculados a la relación o a la operación de las cuentas, proponiendo e implementando planes de mitigación que aseguren la continuidad del servicio.
Gestionar situaciones de conflicto o desviaciones en expectativas técnicas o comerciales, promoviendo soluciones alineadas a los objetivos tanto del cliente como de BEON.
Realizar seguimiento constante de métricas de servicio (performance de los equipos, feedback del cliente, niveles de satisfacción y retención).
Requirements
Nivel avanzado de inglés (excluyente).
Habilidades de liderazgo y organización.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles relacionados con account management, customer success o gestión de cuentas en empresas de desarrollo de software o servicios IT.
Excelente manejo de stakeholders.
Experiencia en la industria del desarrollo de software.
