Responsibilities
Act as a Planning Analyst focused on monitoring and controlling operational activities related to the installation and activation of ATM equipment (automated teller machines).
Ensure achievement of established targets, adherence to schedules, and continuous process improvement.
Develop and monitor performance indicators, consolidate strategic information, and support delivery management with internal areas and clients.
Monitor, plan, and distribute ATMs to regional inventories, ensuring the stipulated monthly activation target is met.
Update and publish the area’s performance indicators.
Prepare and distribute schedule tracking reports.
Maintain relationships with internal and external clients through participation in follow-up meetings.
Monitor planning carried out with execution teams to ensure expected deadlines and quality are met and to avoid impacts on the overall plan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in planning, operational control, logistics, industrial maintenance, or production.
Experience with performance indicators, schedules, and management reports.
Advanced Excel (analysis, dashboards, pivot tables/charts, formulas, and data consolidation).
Advanced Power BI (report and KPI development).
Knowledge of logistics or operational processes.
Ability to analyze and monitor deadlines, targets, and deliverables.
Ability to lead meetings with different internal teams.
